What data we process
First and last name or company name, email, phone, country, flight number, booking details, ID document and driving licence numbers, and photos of the documents you send us. During the rental: the signed contract, photos of the vehicle condition, mileage and fuel level.
Why we use it
To handle your booking request and rental contract; to send confirmations and reminders by email or WhatsApp; to issue invoices; to handle damage, fines and penalties related to the rental.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); compliance with legal, tax and rental-registration obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)); our legitimate interest in protecting our vehicles (Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
For the duration of the contract and afterwards for the periods required by law (generally up to 6 years for accounting and tax records). Requests that do not become a contract are not kept longer than necessary.
Who receives it
We never sell your data. Service providers (web hosting, email, Meta WhatsApp if you contact us that way), insurers in the event of an accident and public authorities where required by law (for example, to identify the driver for a fine) may have access to it.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@alccars.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser only stores the language you chose and that you have seen the cookie notice (local storage). The staff admin area uses a technical session cookie. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
